1. Have you typed your Username and Password correctly, exactly as it was given to you?
Example: Your name is Yuka Sato, but the Username you were given is

ysatou, not
ysato

2. Is the Caps Lock key on your keyboard on?
Remember, Username and Password are case sensitive.

Linc English is different than
linc english or
liNc enGlisH

3. Are cookies turned on in your Firefox browser?

4. Follow the last password link on the login page.

5. Email Linc English Tech Support to reset your login account.
